About the Role

At XYZ Insurance, we’re committed to delivering the very best service to our customers. As an Apprentice Insurance Broker within our Sales Team, you’ll receive full training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role and grow with us.

This is a sales role with no cold calling — you’ll be contacting customers who have already shown interest in our products. By building rapport in a confident, polite, and professional manner, you’ll help customers find the right insurance policy and close the sale.

Our Head Office is based in Canvey Island, Essex (SS8 0QY). Please ensure you are able to reliably travel to arrive ready for work by 9am. Parking is available onsite, and we also provide a free return taxi service from Benfleet Station.

Hours: 35 per week | Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (no weekends).
